Flipper is a social discovery and dating-related mobile application. Because our Service may involve profile creation, discovery, matching, messaging, subscriptions, and advertising measurement, this Privacy Policy is intended to clearly explain what data may be processed and how users can control their information.

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Data

If you purchase a subscription or in-app product, payment is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase-related information such as product identifier, subscription status, transaction status, expiration date, renewal status, price region, and receipt or entitlement information necessary to provide paid features and prevent fraud.

2.4 Communications, Reports, and Safety Data

If you contact us, report another user, appeal a decision, request support, or request deletion of your account, we may process the information necessary to review and respond to your request. This may include account identifiers, email address, screenshots or descriptions you provide, and internal moderation notes.

We may use the information we collect to:

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement Technologies

We may use third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, and measurement technologies to understand how users discover and interact with Flipper, measure ad performance, detect fraud, improve product experience, and deliver or evaluate relevant advertising.

These technologies may process technical and event data such as device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, install events, registration events, subscription events, purchase events, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic information, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

Depending on our current app version, configuration, and advertising setup, these service providers may include:

  • Meta Platforms technologies, including Meta SDK, App Events, Meta Pixel, and/or Conversions API;
  • Google services, including Google Play, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and related measurement tools;
  • Apple services, including App Store purchase and subscription systems;
  • RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure providers;
  • TikTok, attribution, analytics, push notification, hosting, crash reporting, or fraud-prevention providers where used.

5. Meta Business Tools Disclosure

We may use Meta Business Tools, such as Meta SDK, App Events, Meta Pixel, and/or Conversions API, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, understand app activity, improve our Service, detect fraud, and help deliver or evaluate relevant advertising.

When these tools are used, Meta may receive event and technical information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, install events, registration events, subscription or purchase events, and other technical data required for measurement and attribution, subject to your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

We configure our advertising and measurement tools not to knowingly send sensitive personal information, private messages, precise location, profile photos, profile text, sexual preferences, or user-generated dating profile content to Meta Business Tools.

Meta may process information it receives through Meta Business Tools according to its own terms and privacy policies. You can control certain advertising and tracking preferences through your device settings, browser settings, and Meta account settings.

6. Sensitive Information and Dating-Related Data

Flipper may allow users to provide profile information and preferences for social discovery or dating-related features. We do not require users to provide sensitive information such as religion, political opinions, health information, or sexual orientation unless a feature clearly asks for optional information and the user chooses to provide it.

We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information, private messages, precise location, or user-generated profile content for third-party advertising event sharing. Users should avoid placing sensitive personal information in public profile fields.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. We may share information in the following limited situations:

  • Service providers: with vendors that help us operate hosting, analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, support, fraud prevention, push notifications, and advertising measurement;
