Welcome to Flipper. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Flipper, operated under Bravon Apps ("Flipper", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Flipper mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using Flipper, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Flipper is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user does not meet the age requirement or has provided false information.

3. Description of the Service

Flipper is a social discovery and dating-related mobile application that allows eligible users to create profiles, discover other users, interact with app features, and access optional paid features.

Flipper does not guarantee matches, conversations, relationships, meetings, compatibility, or any specific outcome from using the Service. Users are solely responsible for their own interactions, decisions, and offline conduct.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to create an account using false, misleading, unauthorized, or impersonated information.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, or may expose users or Flipper to risk.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Flipper responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, intimidate, stalk, or harm another person;
  • Post or send content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, location, or intentions;
  • Upload fake, stolen, misleading, copyrighted, or unauthorized profile photos or content;
  • Solicit money, gifts, financial information, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive information from users;
  • Promote escort services, prostitution, human trafficking, commercial sexual services, or illegal activities;
  • Use the Service to advertise, spam, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform;
  • Attempt to bypass safety, moderation, subscription, payment, or access controls;
  • Use the Service in a way that may harm minors or attempt to interact with minors through the Service.

6. Safety and User Interactions

Flipper provides online social discovery features, but we do not control the actions, statements, identity, intentions, or behavior of users. You are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with others online or offline.

You should not share sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, private documents, precise location, or other information that could compromise your safety.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the photos, profile information, messages, answers, text, feedback, reports, and other content you submit through the Service ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Flipper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, and use such content only as necessary to operate, provide, improve, protect, and promote the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any person or third party.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or moderate User Content or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, our policies, user safety standards, legal obligations, or platform requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the Service.

9. Privacy

10. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Flipper may offer optional subscriptions, premium features, virtual items, boosts, or other in-app purchases. Prices, features, durations, and availability may vary by region, platform, offer, or app version.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider. We do not directly process or store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider. Flipper does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law or platform rules.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, features, logos, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by Flipper, Bravon Apps, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12. Prohibited Commercial Use

You may not use Flipper for commercial solicitation, advertising, lead generation, scraping, data mining, unauthorized promotions, or any business purpose without our prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, hosting providers, push notification providers, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, accounting, or enforcement of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the Service, or caused legal, safety, or platform compliance concerns.

After termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions related to user content, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipper disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, or reliability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that users will behave truthfully, safely, or lawfully.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipper, Bravon Apps, and their owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or user interactions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Flipper through the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipper, Bravon Apps, and their owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
